Shark Situation Resolved

According to the latest press release by Chief Martin Brody , the shark that has been terrorizing Amity island and is responsible for two malicious deaths this week has been caught and killed.
A group of local fishermen will receive the $3,000 reward put out by Mrs. Kintner for their efforts in keeping the island locals and summer guests safe. This latest development will lead to the immediate reopening of all beaches and lift the haze which Amity has been under since the first reported death.
Chief Brody, along with the Mayor, is urging everyone to go out and enjoy their lazy summer days as usual, assuring everyone no more threat exists for swimmers.
Despite the catching of the alleged killer shark there will be officials from the Coast Guard, Marine Patrol, the Massachusetts State Police, the U.S. Navy, Homeland Security and the FBI as well as local jurisdiction patrolling the beaches.
Officials want to assure beach goers this is just a safety precaution in the hopes of putting people at ease.
In the off chance of a shark sighting Chief Brody has set up a toll-free line , 1-800-sharksee, that individuals can use.
